HOW DESK REWARDS WILL WORK
  1. 1. Each trader inherits its desk multiplier and its own rarity multiplier.
  2. 2. Weekly desk performance sets each desk's share of the global reward pool.
  3. 3. Within a desk, rewards are split by trader market points.
  4. 4. Rewards accrue to the wallet holding the trader at snapshot time.
  5. 5. Reward distribution is inactive until the collection launches.
